The PSF Management team was hired in 1994 to perform Construction Management and Property Management services for a 141,660 square foot Corporate Headquarters building. The PSF Management team helped to oversee the new Corporate project- keeping it on schedule and within budget. Once complete, the PSF Management team was to set up all the operating procedures, financial reporting systems and manage certain aspects of the facility on a day-to-day basis.
