The PSF Management team was hired in 2003 to perform Construction Management and Property Management services for a 243,035 square foot muti-tenant office building with first floor retail. PSF was to oversee the 42 million dollar renovation project- keeping it on schedule and within budget. Once complete, PSF was to set up all operating procedures, financial reporting systems and manage and lease the facility on a day-to-day basis. PSF was to increase the value of the real estate and sustain the environment within the theatre district.
