The PSF Management team was hired in 2003 to perform Construction Management and Property Management services for a 243,035 square foot muti-tenant office building with first floor retail. PSF was to oversee the 42 million dollar renovation project- keeping it on schedule and within budget. Once complete, PSF was to set up all operating procedures, financial reporting systems and manage and lease the facility on a day-to-day basis. PSF was to increase the value of the real estate and sustain the environment within the theatre district.

PSF completed the renovation project on schedule and within budget. Additionally, occupancy was increased from 0% to 86% over a 2-year period,
creating over 2 million dollars in net operating income.
