With more than 24 years of experience, Tim Luli is a respected leader in Northeast Ohio's real estate community. In that time, Tim has built an extensive knowledge base of the real estate industry and construction business. He has been involved in residential and commercial property ownership, development, property management, facility management and nonprofit property management. Tim's strategic and financial savvy has made him a valuable partner in multi-million dollar transactions. He has provided facility management consulting services to pension funds, investment advisors, banks, insurance companies and corporate users. Some of these clients include Ohio State Teachers, JE Roberts, Goldman Sachs, AMB Institutional Realty Advisors, Avery Dennison, Automated Packaging Systems, University of Kentucky and Playhouse Square Foundation.
Before joining PSF Management Company, Tim worked with such highly respected companies in Northeast Ohio's real estate community such as: Deloitte & Touche LLP, Cleveland Real Estate Partners and Trammell Crow Company.
A dedicated leader in the community, Tim served as the 2004 President of the Institute of Real Estate Management and was on the Board of Trustees of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He has served as chairman of many BOMA Committees and was a member of the Catholic Diocese Budget Committee. He holds the professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Tim's outstanding business leadership has been recognized through a National Property Manager of the Year Award by AMB Institutional Realty Advisors. He also has been inducted into Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate.
