The PSF Management team was hired in 1998 to provide construction management services for a 90,000 sq. ft. renovation project on East 25th street in Cleveland, Ohio. The $6 million project was completed on time and within budget. Once complete, the PSF Management team was to set up all the operating procedures, financial reporting systems and manage certain aspects of the facility on a day-to-day basis.
