The PSF Management team was hired in 1998 to perform Asset Management and Property Management Services for a 435,000 square foot muti-tenant office building with first floor retail and increase the value of the real estate. In 2000, over half the building was sold and converted into a hotel.

When the hotel purchased half the facility, National City Bank leased the remainder of the facility. Then, American Financial Realty Trust purchased the building in 2005 from New Gar, LTD.
