PlayhouseSquare Real Estate Services were hired in 2002 to help the Director of Real Estate analyize Progressive's operating and financial processes and procedures as compared to the Real Estate market, suggest improvements and implement the changes. The goal was to improve facility operations and processes for both internal and external users in support of Progressive's continued growth.
