The PlayhouseSquare Real Estate Services team was hired in 2005 to perform Facility Management Consulting services for Recovery Resources' Corporate Headquarters. PSF was hired to set up all of the operating procedures and manage the facility on a day-to-day basis. In 2006, PlayhouseSquare Real Estate Services was asked to take over the accounting responsibility for the facility, and in 2007, was asked to manage another facility consisting of 14,000 sq. ft.
