"As an employee of a small but rapidly growing company I wear many hats.
When AmTrust North America, Inc. acquired a building in Seven Hills, Ohio with the plan to occupy the facility once major renovation was completed, I was asked to assume a new and unfamiliar responsibility – manage a 63,000 square foot facility for our company.
As our move date fast approached the number of small and large details requiring my attention became daunting. After consulting with others on the management team it was decided that we should enlist professional assistance to best manage the building and the grounds.
Thankfully we found PSF Management Company LLC and Tim Luli. Tim’s experience was and is invaluable to me in maintaining the building and the grounds. PSF’s professional and proactive team deals with the day to day issues but also assists me in planning for capital improvements and maintenance for the building.
Tim and his team manage the various contractor relationships required to maintain the building and the security of the facility and the employees. They provide feedback on maintenance requirements and are very knowledgeable about HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues. In the rare instance when we’ve had emergencies at our building they were quick to respond and correct problems.
